Water and sewage rates effective 1/01/2017
These monthly rates are from the Authority’s July 2026 rate notice. The downtown 5/8-inch combined water and sewer minimum is $57.06 for the first 2,500 gallons. Water-only and sewer-only charges are shown separately below.
Customers inquiring about larger or industrial metered service (larger than a 5/8″ meter) should contact the Authority office directly for pricing and associated fees.
High service areas include Midcrest Homes, Midland Heights, Russell Hill Road, Boyanna Drive, Murphy Hill Road, Linden Drive, Sunrise Drive, Maple Drive and Beechwood Drive. Water service costs more due to additional pumping and maintenance; sewer rates are unchanged. Combined service is not available at every address.
