Online
Use the Utility Customer Portal with your account number and the name on the account. Card payments include a 3% service fee with a $3.00 minimum; e-check payments have a $1.50 fee.
By Mail
Mail your payment to Municipal Authority of Midland, 946 Railroad Avenue, Midland, PA 15059. Allow 4–5 days for mailing to avoid penalties.
By Phone
Call 724-576-9940 to pay by phone (service fee applies). Have the Phone Payment ID and PIN on the remittance portion of your bill. For phone or online payment issues, call 877-330-1699.
At the Office
Cash, check and money order are accepted at 946 Railroad Avenue, Midland, PA 15059, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Closed Wednesday and 12:00–1:00 for lunch. The office is unable to accept credit or debit card payments. After-hours payments may go in the drop box with your payment stub.
Before you pay
- Have your account number and latest bill available.
- All balances remain payable to Midland Municipal Authority.
- If your bank sends electronic checks or bill payments, update the payment address to 946 Railroad Avenue, Midland, PA 15059.
- Payments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the due date to avoid penalties and interest.
- For questions about your bill, call the Authority office at 724-643-4920.
- For emailed invoices, add db@diversifiedtechnology.com to your verified senders.
Automatic payments
Enroll in recurring bank withdrawal through the office with no additional service fee; payment is processed on the due date each month. A voided check, bank letter or bank statement showing your routing and account information is required. ACH enrollment form
