Use this form to update the phone number, email address or mailing address connected to an existing water and sewer account. Have the account holder name, service address and account number from a recent bill ready.
This form does not start or stop service and does not transfer an account to a new owner or tenant. For those changes, use the appropriate Application for Service or call the Authority office at 724-643-4920, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
