Payment Plan Request
Ask the Authority office to review a payment arrangement for your account.
Use this form if you are having difficulty paying a past-due water or sewer balance. Submitting a request does not automatically create a payment plan or stop collection activity. The Authority office will review your account and contact you.
If your service is scheduled for shutoff or has already been disconnected, call 724-643-4920 during office hours for immediate assistance.
